One of the things I so like about crochet is its versatility and the many techniques available. Depending on technique, pattern and color(s) you can create a totally unique project over and over again.
I’ve had my eye on tapestry / mochila/ wayuu for quite some time now, being inspired by a couple of gorgeous projects that flew by on Instagram and in blogland (for instance here, here and here). So far I’ve only made a tapestry cell phone cover, but I can see why crocheters become totally hooked on doing this!
No surprise that this week’s Treasury Tuesday consists of only mochila / wayuu / tapestry-crochet.
My two favorites this time around are:
I’m sure it’s pretty clear why I love the bag with the roses – 😉 – and the colorful zig-zag, well, it’s with reason my company’s name is “maRRose – Colorful Crochet & Crafts”!
There’s one more thing I’d like to share with you this week: wonderful Sarah of “Repeat Crafter Me” just posted this on Instagram and I simply love these totes – a must have for every crocheter/knitter, don’t you agree?
Have a beautiful, crafty week!
Love,
Marianne xx
